This is a figure in honored of Dragon ball Super:Broly the 2019 Dragon ball movie which is marked as the 20th movie of the series. The movie was written by
the original creator Akira Toriyama. The movie was a huge success across the world, making it one of the most succesfull anime movies of all time .
The movie continues from where the series Dragon ball super left,however it re-introduces fans to characters who were previously seen in movies not written by Toriyama
these being Broly, his father Paragus and Gogeta. It also introduces new cast developed from scratch. Like in every movie or season, new characters are most likely to
to be added in an existing game as DLC and/or receive a statue/figure from various licenced studios.
This figure was made by Craneking and was published by Banpresto . The specific figure represents the character of the ultimate fusion Gogeta whilst
on his Super Saiyan Blue transformation.The figure is part of the Ultimate Soldiers series .
There are four different figures :

  1. Broly
  2. Son Goku
  3. Vegeta
  4. Gogeta

The figure of Gogeta it self comes in four pieces. Gogeta's 2019 form didnt change his appearance and personality by much, other than some small colour changes. His facial expression is dead serious and slightly intimiating.
The sculpted details on his expression are there to customise the idea of his expression. Lines above and in between his eyebrows as well as below his eyes make for an excellent
result of expressing and showcasing his emotions.The mouth has also seen some attention when it was designed. The eyebrows and the hairline infront of the ears have also seen a fair
amount of details.Being in the topic of Hairline Gogeta has a total of 24 spikes,23 of them are pointed up while one of them, in the front points down. Almost all of the spikes have
at least one additional line giving them a different form and shape. The coloring was made with attention, the front of the face has a darker shading that flatters and strengthens
the seriousness of his expression. Colorshading also exists on the hairline to showcase it's depth and design.

Being the result of a metamorese fusion (a dance choreography that combines two warriors into one) means that his apperance is similar to Gotenks. On top he wears a grey and yellow open vest
The entire vest is dark grey and wavy. The padding of the vest however is yellow. The yellow areas are surrounding the armpit part of the vest as well as the neck area. Unlike the wavy dark
the yellow part is filled with lines. The last piece of clothing on the upper half of Gogeta is his dark grey wristbands. Both of them are wavy and they hug his arms right before his hands.
The Muscle detail on Gogeta are beyond amazing. Details all the way from the neck to the abs and the arms. Even from the back of the figure, on Gogeta's back,there are lines on the spine and
back wings. Even while looking on the open space in the armpit area the muscle design can be seen.Even the hands re extremely detailed, with a quick look onthe left hand, on the back the bone
structure is quite obvious and the finger detail showing the finger lines and the nails.From the inside of the palm,there are the finger lines as well as the palm lines. Even the pulled muscles
re shown , through design and shadowing. Once again the coloring of the figure alongside the shadowing are resulting in a fantastic result, that is showcasing and flattering Gogeta's mucle design.

On the bottom half Gogeta has his blue sash, blue leg bands,white to slight grey pants and last but not least his black boots. The sash is rounded around his waist creating different wavy shapes from
which ever side you look at it. On the right side the sash theres the connection bond that allows the 2 sides to freely fly on the side while he moves. In each wave of the sash the coloring changes from
blue to deep blue, with the exception being the 2 corners who have their bottomes dark blue only The excact same can be told about the blue leg bands with the exception of the bond part,since theirs no
connection bond. The black shoes although the majority of the people won't look at them are also scuplted with care.There is an amazing amount of lines indicating that they re leather boots and that they
have a fair amount of scratches on them. Last but not least the trousers that Gogeta wears are spacious, this allows designer to skip leg muscles, however because of his pose the muscles on his left knee
is design as well as the leg structure of his right leg. This allows the trousers to be extremely wavy, from his pose and his fashion sense. By fashion sense it means that his trousers go underneath his
his sash and leg bands.

The base of the figure is by far one of the most impressive bases out there. It has the Logo DRAGONBALL SUPER:BROLY on the bottom center. However the entire cast of the Ultimate Soldiers figure line
is sculpted on the base. On the upper half of the base,they captured the character of Hikari Broly who seems like he is about to cahrge a ki blast.The lower half of the base is shared by the rest three.Vegeta on the
right, Goku on the left and last but not least Gogeta himself. All the heroes are divided by the energy effect representing the ki being charged. The shape of the base is a perfect circle and it has it's radious
equal to 6.5 cm giving it a total space of 16cm

Overall the figure is amazing. Gogeta's dynamic pose looks clean. It doesnt reguire much space since he barely comes out out of the base radious. The ideal set up of the figure would be, him on the left while
placing a Hikari Broly on the right, Or any other character who is charging from the right. Even if placed alone the figure still stands out on its own. The coloring of the figure is impressive and the price is
is reasonable.

About the Series

Dragon ball super is the original continuatuion of the original Dragon ball Z series which ended back in 1997. The sequel to the original manga and anime made by the creator
Akira Toriyama. The manga is illustrated by Toyotarou and overviewed by Toriyama, while the anime was being produced by Toei Animation. The series continues the adventures of
Son Goku and the events taking place after his victory over Kid Buu. New enemies,new characters, new stories and new powerful transformations are to be expected while the Z warriors
tackle the realm of the gods.
